One day you (or your OC) are at the beach. It's summer, so naturally the place is packed. In an effort to get away from the loud, over-crowded stretch of sand, you head up shore where the ground changes from sand to rock and where tide pools are abundant. Finally, peace. Just you and the waves... and the strange glimmer that suddenly caught your eye. Without much else to do, you go to find out what caused such a glimmer. The answer was a strange one.
The tide pool had the usual; starfish, sea anemone, hermit crabs, and then it had the unusual, such as a little multi-colored merman.
The merman was impossibly small at just two inches, but at that height it was still able to easily catch the eye with the help of its sunset-like coloration: purplish-pink at the top, then going down it went to pink and then orange before ending at the underbelly in yellow, the same color as the tiny creature's hair.
The strange thing (if it wasn't strange enough already) was that the merman was bumping into the sides of the tide pool as if it couldn't see where it was going. The poor thing looked scared to death, and it hadn't even noticed you yet.
What do you do? Comment below to start the RP!
Also, the merman is a shape shifter. So if you'd rather have a giant merman than a tiny one then simply read the description to find out how to do it.
Other than that, I hope you like it and have fun!

So I haven't posted anything in a while... well now I have! I came up with this one by the miracle of sitting on the couch and just thinking. Yay laziness!
So anyway, this OC's name is Goby and if you haven't figured it out, he's blind. He's also a size shifter! He changes depending on how big his environment is (as long as it's a marine environment. He doesn't change in air or fresh water). So if you dumped him in, say, an average pool, he would grow to be about human size (as long as you added salt to it first). If you dumped him back in the tide pool he'd shrink again. If you dumped him in the ocean... O_O
So my regular rules apply: No death, fatal vore, crushing, sex, you know. Other than that, just have fun with it!
